Leads4HomeServices is a brand of Strategic Business Intelligence, Inc., a Virginia corporation. This policy explains what information Strategic Business Intelligence, Inc., doing business as Leads4HomeServices (“we,” “us”), collects through leads4homeservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

When you request a free AI Visibility Audit or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name and business name
• Your trade, city and state
• Your business website, if you share it
• Your phone number and email address
• Your consent choice, and the date and time you gave it

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running and to filter spam.

How we use your information

• To prepare your AI Visibility Audit and schedule a call to review it with you
• To contact you by phone, text message and email about your request and our services, if you agreed to be contacted
• To provide services to you if you become a client
• To protect our website from spam and abuse

To prepare your audit, we also review public information about your business, such as your website, online listings, reviews and ads.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Leads4HomeServices about your audit request and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email maria@leads4homeservices.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and form handling, spam filtering, email, calling and text messaging, and customer relationship software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
• As part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

Cookies and third-party content

Our website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Google’s use of that information is covered by Google’s own privacy policy. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements. We keep a record of consent and opt-out requests so we can honor them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Stop texts: reply STOP to any text message.
• Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Access, correct or delete: email maria@leads4homeservices.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Contact us to make a request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
